Teenage Author stuck in Reality...
I finished my virtual school and now I have to get a job. Still waiting to hear from the colleges.
Had a blessed Christmas and I know 2009 is going to be the year of fufillment!
I've now decided that I am not gonna get my license right now!
Things might change... we'll see.
Until next time,
Peace, Love, Jesus and Jonas!

The Update
Teenage Author stuck in Reality...
so things are good.
1 virtual class down, 3 to go.
school rocks except I really wish I could get out of pointless classes like psycho and sociology. :(
And I'm working on applications to UCF, Southeastern, and Saint Leo.
All the best,
Chelsea

My Realization
Teenage Author stuck in Reality...
Today, while watching The Notebook I cried.
Big surprise, right!
Well, I cried not really because of the movie itself but I realized how I will probably never end up with my dream guy...
or Fishbowl.
I'll just keep writing Notebook-esque romance novels of my own, dedicate them to the boys/men they are inspired by and continue on God's path for me...
itz all I can do right now.
ALl the best,
Chelsea

Help Give Change To The Children
Teenage Author stuck in Reality...
Either go to the website: www.changeforthechildren.org or buy both of my books on www.outskirtspress.com/chelly and www.outskirtspress.com/Jessica'sChoice to help children with diabetes, cancer, and more.
Here's some information about the Change For Children Organization:
The Change for the Children Foundation was started by The Jonas Brothers to support programs that motivate
and inspire children to face adversity with confidence, determination and a will to succeed.” The Jonas Brothers
– Nick, Joe and Kevin -- feel that “the best people to help children are their peers...with 1,788,643,438 people in
the world between the ages of 5 and 19, we have the power to change the world.”
"YOU Decide. YOU Donate." is the first
initiative of The Change for the Children
Foundation. The Brothers have selected 5
charities and they are leaving it up to their
fans to decide which to support. The Brothers
are also counting on the kids to donate
their own money saved from paper routes,
allowances or recycled cans. When fans
visit the website -
www.changeforthechildren.org - they will
have a chance to learn about the charities,
decide which one matters most to them and
make donations. The five charities chosen for the “You Decide. You Donate” phase are:
Nothing But Nets - a global, grassroots campaign to save lives by preventing malaria -- a leading killer of
children in Africa – through the donation of mosquito nets. Please visit www.nothingbutnets.net
American Diabetes Association Diabetes Camp - the world’s largest provider of camps for children with
diabetes. Please visit www.diabetes.org
St Jude Children’s Research Hospital - internationally recognized for its pioneering work in finding cures and
saving children with cancer and other diseases. Please visit www.stjude.org.
Children’s Hospital Los Angeles - their Comprehensive Childhood Diabetes Center helps young patients manage
their diabetes and live healthy, happy, lives. Please visit www.childrenshospitalla.org
Summer Stars Camp for the Performing Arts - an organization devoted to providing economically disadvantaged
12-15 year-olds with a no-cost opportunity to discover themselves and their potential through the arts. Please visit
www.whoisyourinspiration.org
“D-Vision” is another important initiative of the Change for the Children Foundation and its goal is to increase
awareness, do research and find a cure for children with Diabetes. D-Vision was founded shortly after Nick Jonas
was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. Fans will be able to support D-Vision through the purchase of special
merchandise -- a portion of these proceeds will be donated by Jonas Brothers Merchandise to the Change for the
Children Foundation.
For more information about The Change for the Children Foundation visit www.changeforthechildren.org.
Please donate anything that you can. So you want to change the world? What are you waiting for?

Things are looking up...
Teenage Author stuck in Reality...
Like I knew they would.
I signed up for FLVS for science and health, plus a computer course, American Gov honors/Economics Honors (Thank God not AP!), AP Eng. Lang, and Psycho/Int. Volleyball, and last but certainly not least: either Drama or Journalism, yay!
Super psyched!

IB homework is progressing...
Teenage Author stuck in Reality...
Or is it? I am enjoying reading Zen and The Art of Motorcycle Maintenance. It really is opening my eyes to new things. The thing I'm not liking about my summer homework thus far is writing my English IA/ EE. I wish the papers would just write themselves. But that's not gonna happen. Off to go driving...Until next time, think like a classic romantic! :D
