Cynical

Teenage Author stuck in Reality... Not that I have lost my faith, I just need everyone to know that don't rush into college. Wait a year and then go. The reality is college sucks. At least, freshman year anyway.

1. Your roommate would rather hang out with a little minion than her own roommate and come in at all hours of the night.
2. Your alarm clock doesn't work properly so you constantly feel like a failure because you continue to miss your classes.
3. The girls are still as catty as they were in high school. They tell you there won't be cliques but THERE IS cliques.
4. For the most part, the boys still have yet to see their balls drop so they still act like pricks in that they lead you on when they have a psycho lesbian gf. Or, they ignore you and just stare at you and hope you will come over and talk to them.
5. They said the professors would be nice and they would care about you. Not true. Saint Leo is just like any other school.
6. The books cost a fortune so make sure you start investing now. Yes, I am talking to all you five year olds out there.
7. Some people would rather hang out with the party animals aka the drunk bums because in all reality, they wish they had your life.
8.On Campus jobs suck. They pay you minimum wage and fail to inform you of the time sheet procedures so this way your time sheet is turned in wrong and they don't have to pay you for all the hours you worked.
9.The homework piles up if you don't work on it right away. You are forced to manage your own time. That leaves no room for gallavanting around campus marketing flyers about your books.
10. In the words of Flo Massaro, "College Food sucks."

Until next time don't go to college. Work a part-time job for another year, save up all your loose change, then go to college.

Facades

Teenage Author stuck in Reality... are such wonderful things. You truly may never really know a person. So I don't know if you read that one post..that is now gone but that guy I wrote about. Ya, he's not the limit to my cosine. And I definitely am glad to find this out now becuz I don't want to know he's psycho years from now...

Anywho so I'm back to square one. Yet, this time I feel as though I can make it through. I will wear my single girl swag and my dream guy will come out of the woodwork.

He will, I believe it. :)

Thank you to all my friends that have encouraged me and stood by me through all the heart fractures and breaks. I love you all. :)

College Life

Teenage Author stuck in Reality... Makes me giddy with happiness. :)

I started my job this week. I like it a lot.

I barely passed my first test. :/

Found out I'm in love with the library...cuz I can fully study there and I can hear my own brain processing information.

Having fun working on my narrative for English...we get to choose our own topic. I chose the day I met Ryan Sheckler. :)

Went to my first college volleyball game. It was intensely fun. :)

Hitting the pool tomorrow to get my fall tan on. :D

Since last time, I am enjoying college life. It is the sh!t. :)

I went to Universal last Sunday and I lost my cell phone. Yet, I know it happened to help me come out of my shell.

I got a job. I'm excited to start it on Tuesday. :)

New Beginnings

Teenage Author stuck in Reality... begin tomorrow. I move into to Saint Leo University. I am sooo excited. :)

This week under unfortunate circumstances, things in my life have worked themselves out.

It is true. When you give your problems to God, he does fully give you results that were greater than you ever could have expected.

I wish all my friends a great skewl yr, some a great SENIOR yr, and to my fellow graduates I wish you a BLESSED year wherever life takes you.

What I've learned

Teenage Author stuck in Reality... I've learned that we should be glad God doesn't give us everything we ask for... To the boy who no longer has my heart: Sorry, I found out who you really are and that we may never be friends again but I wish you all the best!

Anywho, this week I chilled at home and have been packing for college.

Today is my mom's b-day. Have a great day Mom! Gonna watch Seventeen Again tonight. I'm so psyched. :D

Do you believe in magic?

Teenage Author stuck in Reality... cuz I do but I'll get to that in few. Ok so tuesday I became a legal adult. Now I'm 18 years young. :) Tuesday was a great day and one of the best birthdays I ever had... Thanks to Bailey Logan and all my family and friends who wished me a great day. I sincerely love you all. :) Plus, I saw the Ugly Truth Tuesday as well and it was the best movie I've seen since Seventeen Again. So funny. Go see it if you haven't yet.

Also, yesterday went to Busch Gardens with my home skillet bizcut Tom The Bomb and had a kick ass time. All day, we worked on a random rap song and it still is in progress but it is a really funny song. Plus, I saw the amazingly talented Darren Romeo. I now believe in magic, thanks to him. :)
