I'm back baby!♥

My life has become a realistic fiction novel... At Leo Land that is and wow, my year is going REALLY well thus far.

My roommate is friendly, my friends all have cars, I have a job, and my schedule is awesome.

So far, this week I've spent every day except yesterday in the library getting my study on. :) I have a goal to make the dean's list and I am not letting slip away for anything.

I start work tomorrow again at the KEWLEST place on campus, Club LIB. :)

On the first day back last week, my mom and sis came to eat dinner with me.

Yesterday was the back to school carnival. The cotton candy was yummy and I saw David B Marshall live and got a free concert DVD and a hug from David himself. Yeah, I know your envious. Don't be. Love your life. LIVE YOUR life. :)

Vampires Do Suck

My life has become a realistic fiction novel..., I must say. I saw that movie today and wow, it sucked literally. I wished we stayed for the rest of this movie:


I mean Vampires Suck had it's funny moments but it wasn't worth leaving another EPIC Michael Cera movie for. Not even a little.

So, this week was my last week of summer with my family. As always, I'm looking forward to seeing my friends and learning a lot but the person I'll miss the most will be my best friend. I hope she survives without me. :) Of course, I'll miss the rest of my family as well.♥ We had a very close summer full of memories. :D

So, my dilemma this week is paying my Saint Leo bill for $2240. I know God will pay it for me. If you are interested or feel a spiritual tug of the heart to help me pay for it, just let me know. Every little bit helps, you know? ♥

Twilight is overrated.

My life has become a realistic fiction novel... that is what I've come to realize as I sit right down to write this blog post. :P Haha, but that has nothing to do with what I'm about to write you....

So, I learned this week that if you meet new people, it's best to NOT let them read the pages of your life story or to share it by word of mouth. When kindle is ignited, it's best to put it out by just shutting the heck up! :)

Furthermore, today is my mother's bday! She finally turned 30. :) On a different note, I watched the Dew Tour Skateboard Park finals and Ryan Sheckler was not himself today. It seemed the guy couldn't even stand up on his skateboard long enough to land a trick. Yet, that still didn't stop him or make him give up which is why he is my favorite skater. :D

Lastly, this is my last week of summer vaca. I'm so stoked to return to Leo it's unreal dude. :)

My Birthday was all that jazz!

My life has become a realistic fiction novel... I turned nineteen on Wednesday but my bday week started out great.

On Monday, I got my Etnies Sheckler backpack for school.

Nothing spectacular happened on Tuesday but Wednesday the party was in full swing.

My best friend was the first person to wish me happy bday as it should be! I freakishly woke up at 8:37 a.m. (aka the time I was born) and looked at the clock then went back to sleep. Then, my dad left me a voice mail on my cell of him singing happy bday. I saw a rainbow and a butterfly at 10:26 a.m. :D

For my bday, I got a haircut and my mom took me to Dairy Queen with my sisters of course. Here's some illustrations:

Then on Friday, I got a package from Ryan Sheckler for winning that video contest for the Sheckler Foundation. Check out the goodies I got:
What's weird is that I got my bday prayer: the package from Ryan was postmarked on my bday so in a way I got all that I wanted for my bday! :)

Then, on Saturday I went shopping for back to school clothes. I stuck to my budget in each store I visited and yes, if you were at the NPR Kohl's yesterday and you saw some nerdy chick with clothes in one hand and a calculator in the other that was me. :P

After shopping, I went cosmic bowling with my mom and my sisters. While we were bowling, they played my forever jam "Sexyback" by JT. :D Then, I bowled a strike. :)

Overall, I had a very BLESSED bday. Oh but before I leave you with a final thought, Geniveve had a small photoshoot with the Ryan hat because she has a contract with Ryan Sheckler industries and all. :P Well, all I had to do was put the hat on Geni's head and tell her I'm sending the picture to Ryan and she poses. That's my best friend for ya. :)

Victories are great!

My life has become a realistic fiction novel...Had a such a beautiful week here in Florida! :)

I found out who my roommate is for the coming semester at Leo and got all my books so I'm so ready to go back. :D

Operation Birthday Letter seems to be working out ok after all. It's not only working... it's also showing me who my real friends are.

Lastly, yesterday was a GREAT day for me. I got to watch my friend Ryan take home his 3rd X-Games Gold in Street Skateboarding. What a week

My life has become a realistic fiction novel... it has been. It was jam packed with excitement. It all started Monday when I watched the Do Something Awards supporting my friend Sheckler and I had to watch him not receive the award I worked so hard campaigning for. Now I know how it feels to be a presidential campaign manager and not see your candidate win. It blows chunks. ahaha. sorry for that graphic image but Monday night I was really upset that Ryan didn't win. :/

Anyway, Tuesday was the New BEST day of my life! My friend Ryan came back to cyberspace and I found out thatthe video campaign I made won the Sheckler Foundation most creative campaign contest. :D Yay! Thank you Ryan for choosing my video. :)

Then, on Wednesday, things got weird. I thought the Sheckler Foundation was going to post my video and letting people know I won but they decided to just post the Top 3 photos and post that I won in a comment. Talk about giving credit where credit is due. I'm still confused as to why whenever I win one of their contests they keep it a secret but when other people win other contests, they announce those. :?

Thursday, I got an extreme summer tan. :)

Friday, I worked out and then had a subway foot long that was poorly made while watching Friday Night Lights and Degrassi.

Yesterday, I ran errands with my mom which is always fun cuz me and my mom are besties! :D

Today, the plans are to tan some more...
Check.

Get a chili cheese foot long... Check.

Stuff my face at Dairy Queen...
Check.

Spend time with family(well minus Jamie)...
Check.

Accomplished everything for today. :)

Before I leave you with a final thought, I must mention that Project Birthday Letter isn't working out as well as I hoped so far but I will leave it in God's hands and I know that it will work out better than expected.♥

Feelings

My life has become a realistic fiction novel...Yesterday, you can say they got the best of me. I spent the first part of the day having fun. Then, when I went online I was reminded I couldn't be with the man I love and it hurt me a lot. I had Chinese for dinner and got a fortune that said: A clean tie will attract the soup of the day. No, really? I want to thank my friend Allison for being there for me when I needed a friend. :D :D :D

Yesterday though, I watched Remember Me with Robert Pattinson and it was a very compelling movie. I recommend you see it whenever you can or if you were looking for a movie to rent, I suggest that one.

Anyway, today was a much better day. I watched the Bounty Hunter with my sisters and we ate chili footlong hot dogs(so good!).
